MIX 102-7 HIT THE ROAD FOR FATHER’S DAY CONTEST RULES
Contest will run on BAS Broadcasting station, Mix 102.7 WCPZ.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.
Any purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Qualifiers will be randomly selected from a pool of all social media comments.

HOW TO ENTER:
• Comment with a story and preferably a photo of your favorite family vacation on the “Mix 102.7 WCPZ” Facebook or Twitter page.
• Contest period ends on Friday June 19, 2020 at 3pm EST.
• Multiple contest post comments are permitted.
• Pictures will be shared to all of the WCPZ Facebook and Twitter users, and comments will be solicited, however number and content of likes, shares and comments will not factor into the winner selection. Winner will be randomly selected from all posts.
• Grand prize is a RV Rental from Neff Brothers RV in Lorain and a gift card and gift basket from Sandusky Mall. Some restrictions apply. See below in PRIZE DESCRIPTION section.

ATTENTION – Comments posted to our three station Facebook page “WCPZ WMJK WLEC” will be permitted but NOT eligible to win. Only Facebook entries to the “Mix 102.7 WCPZ” page will be considered..

CONTEST PERIOD: Contest runs Monday, June 1 at 6:00 am EST. until Friday, June 19, 2020 at 3:00 pm EST. One winner will be randomly selected.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Contest winner will receive Grand prize is a RV Rental from Neff Brothers RV in Lorain to be used by September 7, 2020, valued at $1,350.00. The winner is responsible for the security deposit for RV Rental. The security deposit will be $1,000 for those 25 or older and $1,500 if the winner is between 21-24 years of age. A valid drivers license is required. The deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the RV. The prize package also contains a gift basket and gift card from The Sandusky Mall. Gift basket is valued at $75 and the gift card is valued at $100, to be used by December 31, 2020. Total prize package of $1,525.00.
BAS Broadcasting/ Mix 102.7 WCPZ is not responsible for additional costs beyond the value of each item. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein such as for transportation to and from, delivery, food, gratuity and tips, etc., are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and guests. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be randomly selected and notified via phone on the Morning Mix by BAS Broadcasting personnel/WCPZ on or around Monday, June 22, 2020. Winner will be announced on-air, on social media, and websites. Winner must pick up their Neff Brothers RV certificate and Sandusky Mall prizes from 1640 Cleveland Rd., Sandusky, OH within 30 days of the winner notification date. I.D. verification may be needed at time of prize pick-up. Winner will need to make arrangements with Neff Brothers RV to claim the RV rental prize. If an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of a Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected. Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Employees and immediate family members of employees of BAS Broadcasting, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their advertising and production agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal citizens of all ages, but the winner of the grand prize must be the age of 21 or older, at time of entry.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this contest, each entrant forever discharges and releases BAS Broadcasting, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury or death resulting from or in connection with participating in the contest or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize(s), however caused.

SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: These official rules are subject to modification by BAS Broadcasting. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by BAS are final and binding. Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right, in its/their sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of Sponsor’s/Sponsors’ web site(s), or who otherwise acts in violation of these official rules. Sponsor(s) further reserve(s) the right, in its/their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this contest if, for any reason, the contest is not capable of completion as planned (including, but not limited to, for the following reasons: infection by computer virus, technical corruption, force majeure, or non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, security, or proper conduct of the contest)
