Scott Gast

Local music legend Scott Gast passed away November 2, 2014 after an accident on the way home from a live show.  Scott was only 30.

Aside from his time as the lead singer of The CoCoBeanOs, Scott also fronted Start Me Up, an international Rolling Stones tribute band which performed for over 100,000 fans in Honduras just weeks before his death.  Scott also showed his Christian roots with his band, Shoe Box.

Scott’s legacy lives on through the Little Kids Rock program at Huron St. Peter School, a program which teaches grade school kids how to perform rock music.  CLICK HERE FOR MORE ABOUT LITTLE KIDS ROCK.

In honor of what would have been Scott’s 32nd birthday on April 13, 2016, a tribute website started with friends, family, and fan’s memories of Scott.  CLICK HERE FOR THE WEBSITE.
